Preheat oven to 230 °C (450 °F).Place a piece of parchment paper on a large baking sheet.Cut the cheddar cheese into 1 inch (2.5 cm) pieces.On a floured surface, divide the pizza dough into two pieces. Stretch each half with a rolling pin to form two long rectangles. Cut the dough rectangles into 2 in. x 2 in. squares. (You will need 33 pieces in total.)Wrap a square of dough around each piece of vegan cheese to form a ball. Place the balls seam side down on the baking sheet in the shape a Christmas tree. (They should all be touching.)Brush the egg mixture over the balls and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.Meanwhile, whisk together the melted butter, Parmesan, and herbs. Garnish with cranberries and tempeh.Brush the pizza dough balls as soon as they come out of the oven.Serve hot with marinara sauce.
