    bocconcini cheese, finely diced

  • salt & pepper to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 to 2 tsp.
    (5-10 mL)
    balsamic vinegar

  • fresh basil - chopped to taste

Combine oil, vinegar, and basil.

Seed and finely dice tomatoes.
