In a large pot, cook the turkey strips in 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside.In the same pot, heat remaining olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook onions, carrots, celery, zucchini and garlic for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add garlic, basil, and thyme, and cook for 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.Add canned tomatoes, green beans, white beans, chicken broth, fondue broth and reserved turkey. Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Taste and rectify seasoning. Serve immediately.
