In a medium saucepan, bring salted water to boil. Add frozen vegetables and cover. When water returns to boil, drain vegetables in a colander.Lightly beat together eggs, salt, basil and pepper. Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft, about 3 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until hot.Pour eggs over vegetables in frying pan. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook until eggs are almost set. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese melts, about 1 minute.
