Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).Remove the cauliflower’s leaves and cut the stem so that the vegetable can sit and cook in a stable position.In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together, except for the cauliflower.Rub the outside of the cauliflower with the mix and place it in the middle of an ovenproof dish.
