Preheat the oven at 300° F (150°C).Remove the centre stems of the kale leaves and cut them in chip-sized pieces about 2 ½ inches (6.35 cm) by 1 inch (2.5 cm).Place the kale leaves in a bowl and add the olive oil.Sprinkle with a touch of salt ans toss lightly.Place the leaves in a single layer on a cookie sheet.Bake for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until nice and crispy.Make sure you take them out while the leaves are still green. Once they turn brown, they’re overcooked and they will have a bitter taste.
