Put beans and water in an 8-cup (2-litre) microwaveable dish. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving one corner up, and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until beans are tender, stirring them halfway through cooking time.Drain and rinse beans under cold water and transfer to a serving dish. Dress beans with parsley, green onions, celery, oil and lime juice, stirring gently to coat evenly. Cover and let stand at room temperature so that the flavours meld. The salad will keep up to 30 minutes at room temperature.Just before serving, salt and pepper salad and add lime wedges, if desired.
