Preparation

Salsa

In a bowl, mix salsa ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

In a grill pan

Heat oil on medium-high heat and grill salmon steaks about 3 minutes per side. Season.

Barbecue

Preheat barbecue to medium. Barbecue salmon steaks on oiled grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until flesh turns opaque.

Serve steaks on a bed of rice with salsa.

Garnish with coriander.
