Preheat oven to 350°F.Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 min, until al dente. Drain, set aside.Meanwhile, finely slice shallot and add to a large oiled pan over medium heat. Cook 8 min, until caramelized.Peel, core and dice pears. Add to the same pan along with flour, milk, mozzarella and cheddar.Cook until cheese has melted. Season to taste.Add cooked pasta into the pan and mix well with sauce.Transfer everything to an ovenproof dish.Crumble gorgonzola on top and cook in oven for 10 minutes.Sprinkle chopped nuts over pasta 2 minutes before the end of cooking time.Drizzle honey on top and serve.Source: Missfresh.com

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 min, until al dente. Drain, set aside.

Meanwhile, finely slice shallot and add to a large oiled pan over medium heat. Cook 8 min, until caramelized.

Peel, core and dice pears. Add to the same pan along with flour, milk, mozzarella and cheddar.

Cook until cheese has melted. Season to taste.

Add cooked pasta into the pan and mix well with sauce.

Transfer everything to an ovenproof dish.

Crumble gorgonzola on top and cook in oven for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped nuts over pasta 2 minutes before the end of cooking time.

Drizzle honey on top and serve.
