Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cut a rectangle of parchment paper and cover the bottom and sides of a bread pan.In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and season generously.Press mixture into bread pan and bake uncovered for 1 hour.Let sit 15 minutes before slicing and serve with rice and seasonal vegetables.

Preparation
