Preparation

For the shrimp

Drain shrimp and pat dry. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add all other ingredients and mix well. Let stand in refrigerator.

For the rolls

Butter both sides of the buns.

Grill in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown.

Fill the buns with the shrimp mixture and serve right away.
