Preheat the oven at 350° F. Get 2 baking sheets lined with parchemin paper ready and set them aside.In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together and with a wooden spoon, mix well.With 2 tablespoons, form 9 cookies per baking sheet. Make sure you leave space around each cookie.Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before transferring them on a rack.NOTE: You can add some raisins if you like (up to 1/2 cup) and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
