In a good amount of salted water, cook the pasta for 10 minutes, drain without rinsing and reserve on a plate.
Peel shrimp.
Chop green onion.
Tear kale leaves.
Mince the bacon and onion and fry for 2 minutes in olive oil in a saucepan over low heat.
Chop the garlic and add to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the shrimp, white wine and the cream. Let reduce 2 minutes stirring rigorously.
Add pasta and butter, and cook 2 more minutes.
Finish with the kale and mix well.
Serve in deep plates and sprinkle with parmesan and green onion.
