Preheat BBQ to medium.Make 3 or 4 cuts lengthways in the eggplant, leaving a 1/2 in. (1 cm) uncut at the tip. Between eggplant slices, insert tomato, onion, basil and black olives. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.Wrap in foil and cook 20 - 25 minutes.
