Preparation

Salt flesh side of common seabass fillets. Let stand 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In an oven-proof pan, combine chick peas with olive oil and remaining ingredients. Bake 30 minutes. Let rest in the oven.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown fish, skin-side down, in oil for 5 minutes.

Assembly

Lay common seabass fillets over top the chick peas. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
