In a shallow dish, mix oil, lime juice, white wine, garlic and spices together. Set aside 3 Tbsp. (45 mL).Add salmon steaks and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hrs.Remove and drain steaks.In a skillet, cook steaks 3-4 min per side.Meanwhile, heat reserved marinade.
