Vanilla muffin:Prepare the best vanilla muffin recipe.Zero waste strawberry coulis:Wash the strawberries by rinsing them under water in a strainer and sprinkling them with a teaspoon of baking soda. Pour into blender with stems and blend until smooth.Use this in your favourite recipes!Strawberry icing coulis:In a bowl, pour butter, coulis and powdered sugar. Mix until creamy. If necessary, add a little powdered sugar for a smoother texture.Fudge:Melt chocolate in a water bath.Add sweetened condensed milk and combine.
