  • To taste sea salt
  • lemon-coriander mayonnaise

  • 2/3 cup
    (170 mL)
    mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)
    finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    grated lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    Dijon mustard

  • To taste freshly ground black pepper
