Dredge the cubes of grain-fed veal in flour seasoned with salt and pepper; set aside.In a casserole dish, heat oil and butter and cook onions 3 minutes ; add zest of orange and lemon and continue cooking 1 minute.Brown the cubes of grain-fed veal on all sides; add wine, broth, orange and lemon juice.Cover and simmer over low heat about 1 hour or until meat is tender.Serve with rice and sprinkle with fresh mint.

    white wine
  • 1 cup
