Preparation
Prepare the ingrédients.
Mince garlic.
In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, garlic, sesame oil, ½ of lime juice and zest.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Marinate the beef.
Cut beef against the grain, into 1 cm thick slices and place in the bowl with sauce.
Let marinate in refrigerator for about 15 min (or more if you'd like).
Make the spicy sauce and prepare other ingrédients
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sambal oelek and rest of lime juice.
Roughly chop coriander.
Slice radishes as fine as you can (tip: use a mandolin). Reserve.
Cook the beef.
On a BBQ or in a large pan over high heat, cook the beef (discard marinade) and cook for about 5 min until browned.
Assemble the tacos.
Divide beef among tortillas.
Top cabbage, radishes and coriander.
Drizzle spicy sauce on top.
