Soak vermicelli in warm water for 15 - 20 minutes and drain.Heat wok and vegetable oil over high heat, add garlic, onion, ground pork and apples and stir fry 2 - 3 minutes.Stir in oyster sauce, sugar, white vinegar and salt. Preparation
