Cook pasta in boiling salted water or as indicated on the packaging.In a frying pan, melt the butter and cook (brown) the shallots and prosciutto over medium heat, stirring regularly.Deglaze with white wine and reduce over low heat for 1 minute.Add the O' Sole Mio Alfredo sauce and O' Sole Mio Napoletana sauce and simmer 10 minutes.Add pasta and mix well.In bowls, serve pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese.
