Express Delivery
No. As soon as you have completed your order, it is considered final. You can no longer add or remove products, nor change the delivery time of your order.
When you receive your order, you may return your items to any Metro store within 14 days. Please check our return and reimbursement policy for details.
MPriority
Please call your store as quickly as possible if you wish to modify your order.
Tip: We encourage you to take the time to check the contents of your order upon its delivery. You should also check to see if you have received substitute products. We place them together in a bag so you can approve them easily.

Standard Delivery
You can cancel your order at any time.
- 1. Visit the Order History section
- 2. Select the order you want to cancel
- 3. Confirm the cancellation by clicking on "Cancel my order."
Note that cut-off times can vary from location to location. Please refer to your confirmation email for the latest information.
Express Delivery
Your order can only be cancelled if the payment hasn't been processed yet. To cancel your order, contact Customer Service at 1-844-777-7611.
MPriority Service
Please call your store as quickly as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

If you have chosen the MPriority service, a refund will be issued, even if your order has already been assembled and your credit card charged.
