FREE in-store pickup! Same low prices as the flyer. Shop Now!

This summer, satisfy the crowds with your own delicious, homemade frozen treats. Here are four ice pop inspirations to frost things up!

The fruity ice pop

  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Coconut water

The steps

  • Cut fruit into pieces and place them into ice pop molds
  • Pour in the coconut water
  • Put the molds in the freezer until the liquid becomes hard

Expert tips

To avoid the block of ice effect, make your liquid mixture with half coconut water, half liquid sugar. The ice pop won’t melt as quickly, and it will retain its soft texture.

The dipped ice pop

  • Chocolate fondue
  • Banana
  • Chopped peanut
  • Cream
  • Regular coffee

The steps

  • Mix the coffee, cream and sliced bananas together
  • Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until solid
  • Remove and dip the ice pops into chocolate fondue, then dip them into the nuts
  • Put them back into the freezer until they’re re-frozen

Expert tips

For easy and efficient coating, keep the chocolate at about 32°C (90 °F) throughout the process to avoid separating and falling apart.

The marbled ice pop

  • Vanilla frozen yogurt
  • Chocolate frozen yogurt
  • Orange sorbet
  • Mint leaves

The steps

  • Soften the three frozen ingredients at room temperature for about 20 minutes, then delicately mix them in a bowl
  • Put the mixture into ice pop molds, then let freeze in the freezer

Expert tips

Don’t mix the ingredients too much or you won’t get the marble effect in the ice pop.

The ice-cream pop

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Cream cheese
  • Strawberries
  • Graham cracker crumbs

The steps

  • In a blender, mix the ice cream, cream cheese and strawberries
  • Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, garnish the top with Graham cracker crumbs and freeze

Expert tips

Soften the ice cream with a fork or a potato masher before putting it in the blender.
